Surely there might be an extension given so many providers can't even make a submission?

Both the new Zprog and Z000 are Funded Code 99. It was flagging as an error with the EPAO org and TNP's in also so they were removed which got rid of some errors buts its stuck on that code above. I can't work out how to get round that as it'll always have previous record aligned with a different funding code?

Hi Steve Hewitt/Martin West Can I also check, does the apprenticeship need to do FS/OTJ at all in this situation?

Hi Martin, Am i right in thinking though that an EHCP plan is only possible for those upto the age of 25 years old. Therefore if they were at school during a time when there was less awareness of learning difficulties then the learners are unfairly disadvantaged from being able to complete their apprenticeship programme through use of this flexibility? These flexibilities seem to only benefit younger learners unless i am reading this wrong? Could you advise on your thoughts as we have a few learners in this boat.

For example the kind of learners missing are as follows: Learner: Start Date: 27/01/2021 Predicted End Date: 11/12/2022 Actual End Date: 17/06/2021 Therefore he would impact the QAR data for 2022/23 given the initial planned end date being the later?

Thanks Martin, So is it okay if these learner aren't showing in the 2022/23 ILR submissions? It just feels odd as this has never happened before and i feel somewhat uneasy having all those learners missing from the submission?
