Thanks for your reply Steve, I've been told as she is joining her husband she is okay and doesn't need 3 years residency, is this wrong? Her husband lives here, will that make a difference? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi All - sorry to drag up an old thread. Should we be returning the planned hours in the ILR, not the minimum? Thanks!

Thanks both of you for your replies. This learner in enrolled on learning aim 50063297, has a prior attainment of L1 (ILR Code=2) and is 21 years old, this is the only enrolment so the prior attainment date is the same date. Am I missing something? Thanks again!

Hi Both, many thanks for your replies. Ruth - you are right, the two payments are on the R14 Payment Report. I'm not sure why as I I thought it worked as Martin suggested with the balancing payments. Again, thanks both!

I'm still struggling to get our low income learners through validation, the 010 code is now going through in DAM codes (thanks to Steve's help) but they are now showing as "The Full funding indicator is not valid for this learning aim", my manager is convinced these student are eligible for the low income fee waiver. Is anyone else having any issues with this? I haven't read the devolved funding rules so I'm not sure if they are the same as the AEB. Thanks for your help.

Hi - does this also apply to L3 loan funding? Can you claim AEB for someone who is also undertaking a L3 loan funded course? Thanks!
