Yes we do thorough checks on all OTJT logs and are quite strict on rejecting any that we feel fall outside the funding rules, so I would be satisfied that they have recorded actual new learning relevant to the standard.

I have been using the last date that they have evidenced on their off-the-job training log, but would be interested to hear what others use too.

Hi, I've had that previously and it re-calculates your OPPs and completion payments. Example, if the original price was £10,000, so £8,000 for OPPs and £2,000 completion on a 20 month programme (£400 OPP), it gets recalculated as follows: Assume 10 months left on programme and £6,000 residual price. It will take 20% off the £6k, so £1,200 completion payment and £480 OPP. You will need to check that overall you have received the full amount, taking into account the different completion payment to what was originally expected.

Indeed! And it shouldn't be counting withdrawals either, where the withdrawal date was more than 6 months before the planned end date :)

Our EPA data actually seems to match up to our R14 data. Our Rule Violation Report for R14 showed 58 learners with warning AFinType_10 and we have 58 learners showing on the EPA section of our dashboard. Each learner was checked before R14 and we know the reason that they didn't have an EPAO. In all cases, we didn't know the EPAO on their start date. We didn't update the records as they either went on to withdraw or they went on a BIL. On return from BIL, we updated the ILR with the EPAO but it is still counting them prior to their BIL. Joanne

Ah right, yes that is one way of fixing it. I think I'll sleep on that one as it's a cohort of 42 learners!

Hope you don't mind me jumping in on this one. I also have the AchDate_02 warning, but our ILR system (Aptem) is recording the 2022/23 dates in our 2021/22 ILR. Do you think I need to do anything with them? I thought not, as it is just a warning and it's not generating achievement payments in the wrong year, but do you have any advice?
