Hi Danielle I think it depends who you speak to as in most cases, I have seen a number of answers floating around saying both things! I am going to go with full hours and not enter any actual hours for learners where original start date was before Aug 19. Will see if we get an error.

Thank you Martin And for learners who originally started Pre Aug 19 and then return would we need to record the actual hours when they complete? The actual hours was only for learners with a start date after Aug 19.

Thanks Steve Yes I still have your notes from before. We are moving learners over to the new system who have an end date after 31st Dec as well as suspended learners so the remaining ones won't be in the old system for too long.  Noted about the ref numbers too. Do you mean the learners we are migrating across should have different ref numbers in the new system?  Much appreciated

Thank you Sue that is really helpful. Glad to hear the merge tool works ok, we have trialled it with a few ILRs but both from the same supplier so I was a bit worried about putting 2 through from different systems.  We only have 2 thousand to migrate so no pressure!!

Hi Martin Yes this is non levy moving to levy so they are going on the App service for the first time however frameworks have all been removed so we are unable to select it now. The only thing I can think to do is put it on a standard and the same in the ILR as long as the costs and dates match up. Not sure if this will mess anything up further down the line.
