Hi Kelly, If these documents are signed afterwards what have auditors said and how does this stand with any funding received for these learners? Also the enrolment form that the learner and employer sign, I cant seem to find any guidance with regards if this was signed after the enrolment.  Again, as we are electronic signatures it can be difficult to get it all signed on the day the enrolment took place?   Thanks Keli

Hi Kelly,   If the learner is working towards an E3 the quote above states that the ESFA will fund below a level 1? can we claim for an E3 on the ILR and the Level 1 and level 2?   Thanks Keli

Hi, I know this is an old topic but we use BKSB and if a learner is 1.8 on their system this is a working towards level not a working at level and therefore should the learner not be level 1 ? Their actual working at level is Entry 3.    Thanks Keli

Hi Kelly, Our current delivery model is that all aims within the standard have the same start date and expected achievement date. However, we want to focus heavily on maths and English first before we start on the standard, is this possible ? or do we have to deliver part of the standard as we go as the programme start date would be the standard start too ?   Thanks Keli
