Sorry Jumping in again. What evidence do we need from the EPAO to be able to change the ILR Programme to 2/1 for example and complete the "achievement date" I understand it say in the Evidence Pack that we need evidence of completion. This must be available within three months of you reporting it in the ILR. Does the Date on the Achievement Date need to be when you have received confirmation of completing EPA what ever the result or can you just put in a date and hope you get evidence with 3 months? Or can it be the Date that you have booked the EPA and if so what would the evidence need to be

Thank you Martin, that is exactly what I thought. However, would you say that even though they took their EPA on X date, we would have to wait until we know the results of the EPA on Y date, as this could take a couple of months from when they took their EPA?

Apologies for jumping in on this post. We have recently been audited and it has been suggested that we are not reviewing learners sufficiently when they enter gateway. Our Learners on average take about 6 weeks to complete gateway. Could someone please give some advice on what we would need to demonstrate and the frequency please?

Excuse me for jumping in here, but we have a similar issue and am not sure what to do. Learner when on a BIL on 06/07/20, we have just received an email asking for him to be withdrawn from the programme. His last full progress review was in June and whilst there were targets set he didn't complete any of the previous targets. The review prior to this was in April. My question is, leave date should I put on the ILR?
