Hi Just wondering if there was any further clarification on this.  We have a learner that originally opted in by the 01/04/2025, but has now changed their mind.  Can we just withdraw their FS?  Surely we can't make them sit FS exams?

Even though potentially we could have, say actual end date 31/07/21 and then coded as 2 and 8 awaiting results, would this learner then carry into 2021/22?

Hi Lyn We had a similar issue with the funding not showing on the funding summary report but the learners did appear on the occupancy report.  We were advised by the Helpdesk to use both learning delivery monitoring codes - 357 AEB procured and 375 for the SWAP.  On the funding summary report the SWAP programmes are included in the AEB procured line. I've just raised it with the helpdesk as these funds sit outside the procured apprenticeship contract and I associate the non procured stream as an old funding stream that your can't have new starts on.

Yes there always seems to be hurdles for us to overcome. On the subcontractor declaration, does anybody know which funding stream to add the non-levy employers on the apprenticeship service.  There doesn't appear to be a separate funding stream.  Do I add them all into non-levy procured?
