Hi Jordan Ours is showing R05 now too. We do have learner feedback but not employer feedback even though it should be the overall rating that is showing and is there when you select to go to your Apprenticeships account to view the dashboard source. Our QAR data is correct however you are right if you select the New button it is linking to 22/3 yet if you select the Achievement and Retention heading it is linking to 23/24 R14 data.

Thanks for the response Louise. This is the first time I have had this scenario and agree that the current ILR does not seem to handle it. The TNP3 and 4 with the restart indicator should be enough but clearly isn't. I have responded to their original advice so will check how they reply but with only 4 months before the planned end date I am inclined to wait and sort the over payment then by returning it with a PMR3 before the completion payment is claimed.

I am just checking to see if it is me or if everyone is impacted. The Post 16 monitoring dashboard is on R04 2024/5 but the Accountability Framework dashboard is still showing R14 and I have checked the filters. Has anyone got a new R04 AF dashboard?

Hi Jessica The PMR will only accept whole numbers and therefore if you collect £20.46 for instance it will only accept £20 as received. I do wonder what the tolerance is on the co-investment report showing the %percentage received as 46p per month short over a number of years adds up ... or whether you would need at some point to put a PMR through of an increased amount.
