Hi I believe you need to leave the original TNP1 and then add a new one for the day after. So if you had £15000 originally in TNP1 on 01/10/21 then you add £12000 as 02/10/21 for training and the £3000 for assessment

I have now had it confirmed that we were correct in our thoughts Please record that apprentice (in 26/27) as a new start with an adjustment for prior learning, (no restart indicator is used).

I do feel it is something that does occur often and yet it is not covered in the guidance. The start and subsequent withdrawal is in this years returns so do not want to lose this record. I could just feel this erroring big time without the restart flag yet agree that it really isn't a restart as such. I have sent a query to the DfE so will post their response when it arrives for completeness.

Morning Can I ask what you select if it is an integrated EPA? So they are passed the learning planned end date and should be Completion 1 and Outcome 8 under normal circumstances but there is a credit bearing module as part of the gateway which in effect means they cannot achieve the degree until the EPA is complete. Thankfully this is a course that is about to finish but your thoughts would be appreciated. I have always left them as continuing until the EPA has been assessed and accepted that they will appear as beyond planned end date.

Morning Tom You should have your Period End reports from your R04 submission which will have a Funding Summary report within it that gives you confirmation of the overall amount of money you are expecting to receive. If you need to drill down to the amount you will receive per learner then the details are in the Apps Monthly Payment report. Confirmation of any additional payments you are expecting have a separate report and any EAS payments are in a separate zip file. If the figures are not what you are expecting then check the submit learner data portal under the FM36 Summary for any DLOCKs or clawbacks that might have also impacted your funds. Regards Gill

Hi Claire They are 2 completely different standards with completely different aims, costs, start and end dates and therefore need different ILRs. You may need to consider any KSBs for RPL in the 2nd standard and must ensure the 1st learning period has fully completed before moving to the 2nd. We do have a standard that directly feeds to another, sometimes immediately and sometimes with a years break to embed learning first.
