Hello amarcinov There is no need to resubmit the file unless you have made any changes. If it does not finish processing we will be resubmitting it on your behalf as part of the month end payment process. This advice applies to any provider experiencing this problem. Thank you

Good afternoon, we believe the issue causing 504 errors is now resolved so please go ahead and access the apprenticeship service as normal. If you previously raised a support call about this issue you should receive an automated response confirming it is resolved shortly. If anyone continues to experience an issue please contact our apprenticeship support team. Have a good afternoon and sorry for any inconvenience this issue caused.

Good afternoon, thanks for raising this issue which started occurring this afternoon. We have identified the cause and made a change inthe last hour which has addressed the impact you were experiencing. If you want to resubmit your latest ILR it should process successfully now. For any providers who were impacted and do not resubmit an ILR before R10 closes at 6pm tomorrow (Thursday 4th), we will do this on your behalf after the collection window closes to ensure your latest file is processed at month-end. Sorry for any disruption the issue caused.

Good morning everybody. Just confirming we are aware users are having issues accessing some part of the apprenticeship service. It is likely you will see the problem as intermittent, with page refresh a possible workaround until it is resolved. We are currently testing a solution to resolve the issue. We will issue an update on here by 3pm (Tuesday). Anyone who has already contacted the apprenticeships support team will also get an update when the issue is resolved.

Good morning, Apprenticeship Services were restored on Tuesday but there is an issue with DfE Sign-In this morning (Thursday) which is affecting all DfE Services that use this authentication route. It is being worked on as a priority.

Good afternoon. Just to confirm that we have experienced issues with some aspects of apprenticeship services earlier today (Tuesday). We have identified the cause and users should see services returning to normal now. The recovery process will continue throughout the day so we have prioritised those services related to funding and submissions as well as vacancies for candidates and employers.
