Yes learning need has been identified and they have assistive reading software which is used on the college computers when they come in for class and software on their smartphone.  The learner however does not have a personal laptop to do their course work or any off the job work as the employer will not supply or purchase it.

I would be interested to know the outcome of this as we have had the majority of our provision appear on the FRM37 report of which most ot them start in previous Academic years and looks like its the rounding up of weeks causing the issue throwing alot of ours out by about 3 hours!
