Yes, you're not alone! We've raised it with the help desk but had no reply as yet. Update - they said to clear cookies and retry which we've done but no change. If you raise it with them too they'll realise we're not the only ones affected.

Hi @.... I've also got mysterious DLOCK_02s for three new starters. I've checked ILR and reservations and they match. I've asked a colleague to query it with the help desk but it looks like you may get a response first so would you update the thread when you hear back?
