If the aim didn't start, it shouldn't be in the ILR so I would remove it?

We have had this issue with a few of ours. I tried to raise this with the helpdesk but they required the employer to contact them. I have confirmed with the helpdesk that the ILR is correct and that the learners are 'completed' on the apprenticeship service. They are investigating but no update yet. In the past, where we have raised issues prior to R14 and we have been waiting on the helpdesk, they have resolved with manual payments after the hard close.

Apologies, I meant level 3 apprentice not level 2. The apprentice would be unable to sit their level 2 assessments due to physical difficulties identified on an EHCP. The rules state; You and the employer expect the apprentice to achieve all other aspects of the apprenticeship requirements, become occupationally competent and achieve entry level 3 functional skills in the adjusted subject(s) before the end of their apprenticeship We will of course plan to continue working with the apprentice on the English but to work towards and achieve entry 3 doesn't make sense when the apprentice already has the equivalent of a level 1 pass? I raised this with the ESFA a while ago but keep being advised they are looking into it.

Yes, we usually have to go to our contract manager which helps speed up a response.

That's great thank you. Would this be the same with Study Programme? I know we do record the hours on the ILR with these. Some of the qualifications, we can deliver in a smaller amount of GLH and our learners complete/achieve, we don't have any issues with our awarding body so can we plan less providing we can justify?
