There is a very detailed section in the 21/22 ESFA AEB rules.

It defiantly should not be induction and you will need clear evidence to show what was covered. Anything related to the KSB is learning. If you use a e-portfolio system then log it there. K

For everything non apprenticeship look at the newly published ESFA subcontracting rules: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/post-16-education-subcontracting-using-funding-to-offer-education-and-training If its Apprenticeship related then there will be a subcontracting section in the 21/22 rules when they are published, otherwise look at last year's docs. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions as I'm a Subcontracting Manager.

Its states COVID-19 Restriction period. I wasnt sure that still applied as a number of providers have resumed to face to delivery. We now use docusign, easier than emails.

It's to declare how much you are going to pay them. The ESFA then take all of the declaration and produce a spreadsheet called "declared subcontractors", where you can check the level of contracts each subcontractor has received (and who they are/were working with.) The figures should be accurate as you know them to be so if you the orginal income was £100k but they've since had 10-15 withdrawals, then you reference whatever the reduced income is (minus your management fee)

Actually I was told by a colleague this was potentially okay as the FS funding does not come from the levy pot but we never got anywhere so not sure if the FS funding would be paid. You may want to question why they would want to and if they can continue with FS, why can't they resume on the full Apprenticeship?

Unlike previous declarations the last two declarations have been based on the full academic year (1st August-31July). You would need to project the total gross income for the whole year and enter this amount minus your management fee. K

You need a scheme of work or something to confirm there is different content being delivered against each start date
