You cant place learners on a BIL once they are passed their end date and certainly not once they are in EPA.

If they were made redundant in October wouldn’t their length of unemployment be 1 month? In terms of the 12 weeks that onky applies if they have more than 6 months left on programme. There's a handy flow chat in the apps rules for this Presumably you have something in writing from the employer confirming they've been made redundant

If you mean achievement date then its when we are notified of their result. The completion date is before this date and for this you record the last day of learning. Both dates must be entered into the ILR

V2 of ESFAs funding rules was published in July21, I cant locate anything more recent than this. This states the Low Wage value is: £17,374.50 https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1010290/AEB_2021_to_2022_funding_rules_v2_FINALAugust2021.pdf

Basically no. 41.4 is for learners that gained ILR prior to Brexit. If they have settled status you have to follow funding rules relating to EU nationals, check their evidence and make sure they have been resident in the UK/EU for the last 3 years.

If their achievement date is on or before 31/07/22 - they count as an achievement in 21/22. it is the achievement date that decides which year the fall into Another Example: If their gateway was in May22 but Epa was not until Aug 22, they would count against 22/23 academic year, rather than 21/22.

I believe they add the learner on as an additional entry with the same dates, I believe this will resume the payments I believe there is also a standard list of FAQs re what to do in certain circumstances in terms of DAS but im not 100% sure where to find the document
