Thanks Steve - at least we have a definite decision from them on this after such a lengthy wait. I'm sure we could get into the finer details of this position but that's perhaps a conversation for another day...!

Coming back to this post - just want to clarify that something like the below would be acceptable if signed digitally by the learner? Have a scenario where an applicant has provided their current passport (issued in 2022) but has self declared that they've been in the UK for 14 years.[image]

Correct, that's my fault, bad choice of wording. I was referring to them obtaining a L2 IA result rather than achieving a previous L2 qualification. Thanks both, I think that answers the question.

Thanks both. Martin West, I guess the question is around correct use of public funds. If the learner has achieved L2 and doesn't require any training in order to sit the exam is it right to claim that funding? Steve Hewitt, that's roughly my thoughts - if you can evidence some teaching requirement (and the associated delivery) then my current view is I'd be comfortable claiming the funding. Would you view a revision session as being sufficient (ignoring the point you made about 10 hours)? Thanks

I've heard back from the service desk in response to a follow up - this only works if you're adding a new learner from scratch and they are flagged as overlapping, not where they are an existing learner on your Apprenticeship Service account.
