We did all that and Ofsted were still not happy. The employers must be really involved in the planning of the apprenticeship and the sequencing of activities, what ideas do they have of their own, plan for the entire programme, revisit and replan for short and long term. comprehensive planning with clear direction and for English and maths regardless of if they require it. We have skills scans at the start and throughout the programme, must evidence this and the discussions held around them as part of the constant planning.

And then they stop funding for no reason or try to log in as our account instead of their own. We now have 2 full time staff. Must be saving the DfE a fortune!
