Ugh, how frustrating! Just what we need at this time of year. My dashboard is not loading either. Just a sea of error messages.

Just updating this in case anyone else experiences the same. It seems that the ESFA re-submitted my return for processing without me needing to do anything. There is a second Failed set of reports, then third time lucky, a download link.

I have what you have described, Gina, and the rate shown on the QAR dashboard doesn't match our internal calculations either.

If you record your data right, then the system should handle it for you, putting the correct information for each ILR extract file. You will see that you have separate tabs for 2022 leavers and 2023 leavers. For any learning aims that you update after R12, it's really important that you check the status, outcome etc for both years - you will have one set of fields for 2022 (which go into R13 and R14) and a different set for 2023 (which will go into R01 and beyond). For subaims, there are separate tabs within the pop-up. The key issues will be changes that occurred before 31/7/2023 but which you are recording for the first time now - those need to go into R13/R14 and into R01. Compared to changes that happen on 1/8/2023 or after - those go into R01 but NOT into R13/R14. If you run both an R13 and an R01 file now, you can run each one through FIS for the relevant funding year and this should help you to spot any problems or errors.

Thanks Steve, that's really helpful. I've also confirmed with the learner that they are planning to apply for settled status. It's awful how this is affecting learners.

Here are my price records from the ILR and the data in the Data Match file. It looks to me that the Data Match report is saying that the ILR price record from 7/9/2022 to 5/6/2023 is £20520. Whereas the actual situation (which I think my ILR data reflects) is that the price record from 7/9/2022 to 5/6/2023 should be £18791 and the record from 6/6/2023 onwards should be £20520. I've already misunderstood my funding reports once this morning so I am doubting myself but have the ESFA got their calculations backwards here? [image] [image]

Thanks Martin, you are absolutely right. I was stupidly only looking at the DLOCK-ed learners - when I look at the rest of my cohort who are not causing DLOCKs, they have the same price episode end date. I just don't understand what's causing this! The start dates match, the prices match. [image]

Thanks Steve too! Totally makes sense and gives us justification for our actions if we do need to claim for additional learning.

Thanks Ruth, that sounds like a good strategy and fair on all sides.

Sorry, just to clarify Obviously we will need to get proof of L2 FS for them to pass through gateway. I am just wondering if there is an expectation that either we or the learner should be trying to chase down their (unconfirmed) prior achievement before considering the option of re-taking the qualifications?
