Which version are you running, there were some issues with the 38 funding stream in some of the 24.2 releases. Latest is 25.2.

Have you looked at the exclusions screen (button is lower right on summary grid), should give a reason.

Has the version number of the Organisation ref data (bottom right of claim report) changed since your R08?. If so may be reflecting a change in an allocation revision.

The link does seem to have disappeared, hopefully only temporarily. If you are already signed into DfE sign-in this url still works https://funding.education.gov.uk/manage-funding/payments

It may show the new fundline type but the numbers are nothing like what they should be.

Haven't tried it , but this procedure, assuming it is the one that is used, appears not to have been updated with new fund models: ebs_ilr_maintenance_pkg.RecalculatePlanLrnAndEEPHours

nr = National Rate (for the learners GLH) rf = Retention Factor (allocation) pc = Programme Cost Weighting (allocation) ac = Area Cost Allowance (allocation) dp = Disadvantage Proportion (allocation) % lp = Large Programme Proportion (allocation) % me = Level 3 Programme Maths and English Proportion (allocation) % nr X rf X pc X ac X (1+dp) X (1+lp) X (1+me) thanks to @... for posting this originally on CMIS, though I had already reverse engineered myself, I have re- worked the formula but gives same result. Most of the factors are in the header of the report or refer to allocation toolkit.

Its a pity the ESFA isn't more transparent about the differences in the processing between the FIS and SLD reports. There used to be document on the funding reports a couple of years ago but it seems this is no longer maintained. Whilst it covered difference between the monthly payment reports and remittances it didn't cover FIS/SLD differences. Our recent Apps Indicative Funding reports have shown significant differences lately between the FIS version & SLD version
