Thank you Ruth, didn't give an error, I'll do as you say above and see what chaos ensues!

For 21/22 we only have 16-19 reports in the Beta area, joys of Apprenticeships to come in 22/23. Our 16-19 seems to make sense but odd way of displaying in my opinion when at R13 looks like learner numbers and aims drop when you close them off, if I've understood how it's working.

Thank you Ruth, we tracked it down to our MIS provider outputting a "0" even if the field was empty. It shouldn't output anything if zero or blank. After arguing with them they have reluctantly agreed to change the output file. They argue the Spec says allowed values are 0 to 9999 and say the validation should sort out if the field is needed for the aim or not. Thanks for repsonse. Dave

I've spotted something which I think is odd on he error report - the aim reference it claims the error is against isn't the Programme "Zprog" aim. It's asking for Planned Hours against the Diplomas (qualification). My reading of ILR spec is Planned Hours only goes against the ZPROG aim - have I misread that or coded something else wrongly? Programme Aim is coded correctly then Diplomas as component aim within a programme. What am I missing?

This is our first month on Apprenticeship as an Employer/Provider, I'm convinced I've got ILR right but we've had no payment for apprentices on our remittance either. We've got a ticket in to ESFA asking why, if it's something I've missed I may be back asking for help. ILR Apps indicative earnings were there and appeared on our DAS expected earnings as well so somewhat mystified why we haven't been paid. Have I missed minimum period on programme before we get paid maybe?

Thanks as ever Steve, I'm badgering our curriculum team to get evidence for last unit together and never to put us in this position again!

That's what I thought Steve, but as we've got apprentices I've done a RO1, and the aim is showing as an error "The Learning Aim reference is not valid in the LARS database for this funding model for this teaching year." It is an "E" not a "W". Any ideas how to stop it erroring? Learner is passed planned end date but marked as 1, continuing with aim.

I'm glad you asked this Irene, I've got the same "issue" and was trying to decide if I needed to do anything. I can't work out what I can do anyone as the hours recorded are the reality of the programme. Will be interesting to see other's responses. Dave
