If a learner fails 1 component then cannot pass English but it used to state had to attempt all 3- this is not logical.  Our EPA only needs evidence failed 1 component but they are not applying funding rules.

Non levy employers have to reserve funding on DAS for new starts- does the new employer need to reserve funding for the apprentice moving to them- if employer has used there cap pf 10 does this impact
