Similar thread here from a few months ago Aashish. We wouldn't let a learner go more than 4 weeks without attending unless you have really hard evidence to back it up, doctors appts, referral letters, meetings with parents etc to show some form of intention to return. Further education and training providers community - Study Programme Thanks

Agree with Steve. We are on PICS (study programme) and have looked at other options but rather than moving we have found it better to develop the existing platform for our specific needs. If we had the budget and a magic wand to move everything across outside of the ILR data I reckon EBS would be my choice as it has the bursary module in it.

Hi Su We use it for about 600 yearly enrolments on 16-19, really like it now they have gone to a full web based application. You can report on pretty much anything you input for the learners but you can also set up bespoke reports. There is an option to onboard your learners through the web based forms but you can also manually enter them through the learner entry tool in no time. Support is good from them as well through the chat facility. Thanks
