It might be worth getting some confirmation from the learner as compliance evidence in case she goes over 4 weeks non attendance. In addition, for full time programmes and part time programmes of more than 24 weeks in duration that are not distance learning programmes, a student must be considered to have withdrawn where they have not attended classes for at least 4 continuous weeks, excluding holidays. This is unless there is auditable evidence of an intention to return. Compliance evidence includes a student’s or employer’s letter or formal internal notes such as tutorial reports, contracts of behaviour or personal action plans.

Could you not collect the learners bank details at application and then use your attendance records to calculate a weekly payment file?

100% keep the evidence with the application for any audits you may get called for. We only pay our learners for travel and FSM if they attend for that day in line with the attendance register which also forms part of your audit evidence. I doubt you can pay them whilst away from your college and not in attendance. What does your policy say?

I wouldn't imagine it being an issue as its a delivery plan. I don't think you will be able to mark it down as the core aim though as it wont be exported in your R02 return and will probably error out. I think you may need to set the work placement as the core aim???

Id be surprised if most MI providers aren't still going to allow us to collect it as usual but then not export the data in the ILR.

It should create a CSV file for you in FIS which you can then import into the returns section in PDSATS. [image] [image]
