I can upload annotations using file name Report-2223-ILR.................which then stores the notes successfully.

Qualification achievement rates business rules 2022 to 2023 (publishing.service.gov.uk) 30. Summary data and data extracts will be produced 4 times a year and provide you views of your QAR data and the ability to create your own dashboards. These will be created: • in-year data release in July each year using the provider’s R10 ILR data. This gives providers opportunity to review their data, as it cannot be changed after the R14 ILR collection • in-year data release in September each year using the provider’s R12 ILR data. This gives providers opportunity to review their data, as it cannot be changed after the R14 ILR collection • provisional data release in January each year using the provider’s R14 & R04 ILR data gives providers chance to check the QAR methodology has been applied correctly 11 • final data release in April each year using the provider’s R14 & R04 ILR data to providers the final position Our data is way out between PICS and the DFE Dashboard which is worrying. Is anyone else seeing differences in data?

I always advise our enrolment team to not put any work experience on the plans at the start of the programme. Once a placement has been sourced and start date agree with the employer, we take the hours needed from an unopened EEP aim such as enrichment or work related activity. An ILP changes form and new plan is drawn up to reflect the new delivery hours.

One thing I would consider is what attendance value you add in for the distance delivery. On our last audit remote delivery wasn't accepted by the auditors as delivered hours.

As long as you haven't increased the overall programme hours and moved up a band I would say that fine. We move hours around in our plans post 42 days, for example if a learner goes on placement we take the hours from another aim that hasn't yet opened and revise the plan. Thanks
