Thanks Sarah. The helpdesk have now said they need screenshots of the error screen so that they can escalate it to the Tech Support Team - let's see how long it takes for them to come back!

Hi Louise, thank you - good to know we're not alone! I did raise a query with the helpdesk after I posted this and I received the same advice but it hasn't worked for us either.

Thanks Lorraine for your reply - it's reassuring to know that the process you are using isn't creating any Dlocks. Interestingly though, when I clarified with the helpdesk what they meant by 'at any point' I had this response: [image] I wasn't aware that the record a change of employer functionality could be used where the change had happened after 12 weeks....are you? Their reply also contains a hypothetical example if you'd like to see it?
