Thank you Steve and Ruth. I totally agree with your thoughts.  My college is open for other evening adult courses so it's still within our working pattern.  Our justification is based on that this provision is only on English and Maths courses for a very small amount of 18 yrs old students at college and we have taken account safeguarding measurement as well. We are trying to offer flexible and accessible learning opportunity for all students.

Hiya, I've got an error on achievement date as we record complete, no achievement for 2 apprentices who fails the EPA, hence no achievement date.  Any idea how to resolve the issue?

Yes we have same problems here.  For example, a 19-23 couldn't have his first L3 entitlement on the course L3 Childcare & Education (learning aim ref 60139997).  Can we use the category 45 (National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 1) instead? Just wonder why it is not included in the 1st L3 entitlement list.

Thanks Martin, When the apprentice restarts, would you report the original agreed Planned OtJ hours or the new Planned OtJ hours from the restart date in the ILR if the duration remains the same after taking account for the duration of the break?
