Thanks so much for your comments supporting the thought process, it is a rare occurrence, but it does happen and want to be sure it's returned on the ILR correctly. Steve Hewitt If the functional skills aim is completed at a later time, should the main learning aim have its own earlier last day of learning, and the ZPROG last day of learning match the later date of the functional skills completion?

Hi Steve Hewitt what if there is a payment that was made in 22/23 funding year, but was missed out from the ILR, would a date in the previous year work to release a completion payment? Or would we have to date it in the latest funding year when they complete (before 01/08/2024) and justify it? Thanks.

Have you checked your remittances from the ESFA, you will likely have received the payment there with the ULN in the description line. I believe there is a known issue where 2nd and 3rd bursary payments will not appear in the ESFA apps payment reports.

Did you switch them off the ILR? As i believe that is why it appears with unknown name info.

VAT is not to be included in the PMR1 and PMR2 when adding co-investment payments to the ILR, therefore it is not included in the maximum funding band calculations. The VAT added onto co-investment to employers is dealt with separately.

Hi Ben, thanks for this, the system we use automatically sets those statuses only once they have had their gateway meeting confirming the end of learning. So are we allowed to set it as such manually, despite the gateway meeting not taking place at this time?
