Thanks for the information Steve. We are doing groups of 5 or less and these hours for "catch up" are not included in their planned hours. We are looking to build some type of attendance record as proof for audit purposes. So I have an understanding .. and I don't know if you can answer this ... how is the funding "claimed" if its not entered into the ILR? Does it go off something else? i.e. how do the ESFA know how much funding to give us? Hope this makes sense?
