The ILR specification is correct, the full/co-funded indicator is required for Community learning from 1st August 2023. The validation rule is incorrect and has not been updated to reflect this, we have set the rule LearnDelFAMType_22 to warning until we are able to update it.

Hi Steve Yes we have migrated data entered last year, where the member of staff didn't have an employment end date, over to the 2022/23 collection. This has been done this for all providers not just those that used the on-line form, so a provider who used the XML option last year could use the on-line form to update the data should they wish to do so. The migrated data will be over written if a provider makes an XML submission.

This has been investigated and the rule is not operating correctly. The rule has been disabled while we apply a fix to it.

Hi Julie I think you may be looking at the reports for nationally funded skills boot camps (called Skills Bootcamp Funding Summary Report and Skills Bootcamp Occupancy Report). These reports are for provision funded directly by the DfE. I believe your Skills bootcamps are funded by a County Council, so the learners will appear in the devolved Skills Bootcamp reports (Devolved Skills Bootcamp Funding Summary Report and Devolved Skills Bootcamp Occupancy Report). If this doesn't resolve your query please raise a call with on the customer help portal - Sign in - Customer Help Portal and we will investigate further.

There's no confirned date for this yet. The Apprenticeship Service are monitoring provider uptake of the option to add apprentices via the ILR as we iterate with improvements and allow providers time to adapt. Communications will be issued in advance to notify providers when a decision has been made to remove the manually add option.

The rule AFinDate03 has been reduced to a warning from R02 (which opened 12th September) so you can now enter a TNP record with a future date. (A warning gives a message but doesn't prevent the data being loaded). Work is underway to implement a new rule which will prevent PMR records with a future date but allow TNP records, when this is implemented AFinDate03 will be removed.

Hi Sam We do migrate the previous years data (excluding staff members who left in the previous year) so you don't have to enter everything from scratch. You can update the records for 23/24. If you click on the blue FE workforce icon and select 'return staff data' then 'use on-line form' you'll see a list of your migrated staff, if you click the change icon you can update the record, you can also add new staff members from this screen. I think you may have accessed the data via the reports and data view which only allows you to view the data. I've attached relevant screen shots below. If this doesn't help please contact the service desk and they can check you've got the right access etc. [image] [image] [image]

We have been experiencing some file failures due to the volume of data. We are monitoring this and re-processing the files - so the consus is correct if you leave it, it will process.

Clair Ayling We are not currently displaying 16-19 funding in the dashboard as the numbers distort the graphs. This is planned for a future release and we are currenlty conducting user research on how best to display this information.
