Hi Ruth, Ruth Canham-James We have a learner who is having to withdraw due to not being able to find a new employer after the 12 week period following redundancy. The learner is naturally focusing on securing new employment but has asked if there is a time limit on how long is acceptable / allowed to pass before restart is no longer an option. I cannot find anything with a firm duration, so assume it's just what is deemed to be a realistic time frame before forgetting everything?! Do you know any different ? Many thanks for your help

That's a great idea and I agree, when we edit our workflow..it generates ALL docs as part of original enrolment (inc funding and application summary), so it seems a whole lot of unnecessary forms for an addendum as you say. I will refer to our head of ops and ask them to look at something similar. Thanks very much for your support and time Ruth Canham-James. Really appreciate it.

Thank you Ruth Canham-James. We would always produce a summary statement with a narrative around early completion, but i guess we don't need to resend AA as the original covers the period.

Hi Teresa Barnacle did you get a response to this as I have exactly the same scenario. I have a 2 and a 3. It says minimum 2 on the ESFA data, but again, want to ensure I am counting a 3 as "higher" grade.

Hi Christine Gregory - did you get a response to this? I have a similar situation. Not sure whether moving them to ACT1 with new LEVY employer will reduce our contract carry in provision, as we have a small capping and this would help?
