Hello Henry Wish, We're having account issues at our end, namely we are being logged in to an incorrect organisation. We would also appreciate a direct dialogue with the PDSAT team having emailed and not yet received a direct response.

I also would expect 'Indefinite' to be specifically stated on the BRP so thanks for your view on this Steve.

Thanks Steve, we're just working through a couple of complex cases where you would expect them to fit into the funding rules as they are in receipt of public funds. Regrading the BRP, the Home Office issued documents guide states the following: A permit with a validity of 5 years or 10 years will be acceptable as evidence of ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) Home Office issued documents (accessible) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) Therefore the BRP does not necessarily have to state the word indefinite?

Hello Henry Wish, Please could you confirm that PDSAT for 2023 to 2024 is currently live and running as I've tried twice this morning to upload an R04 file and on both occasions they have failed.

Many thanks for everyone's views. Based on Steve Hewitt's feedback, we are looking to accept learners having seen evidence based on the following hierarchy: ARC. Bail 201. Any other Home Office correspondence stating the date of arrival. We have recently seen a number of potential learners present with a Section 95, is this also valid form of evidence to accept learners onto AEB? Also, are providers fixed by the 6 month rule or flexible if provision starts within a few days of their eligibility date?

Thanks Martin. That is my understanding also although I've heard of other providers accepting the Bail 201?
