Steve Hewitt if they don't sit the L2 test but complete all the learning activities, can you still complete them (2,3) or do you have to report them as a withdrawal (3)?

What about if they didn't sit the tests because mock results were bad...can you still complete them as a 2 or do they need to be a withdrawn as a 3? I am thinking of the 22-23 rules where they had to sit the tests of the Learner had L1 already?

Is this an Apprentice? If so, then this part of the funding rules should help; essentially if they have a grade D or E they already have the Level 1 equivalent. However, if they only have an F or G then they should be enrolled onto a Level 1. [image]

@Ruth Canham-James So, if we are being told about concurrent 21/22 English and Maths aim enrolments for Apprentices (via DSAT 006) does this mean that we are able to withdraw one of them back to start date in this 23/24 year, so that the 21/22 overclaim will be returned via this year's FRM 27? Thanks Ben

How would you resolve concurrent FS aims started in the previous year or even earlier - would you withdraw them to start date and expect to have the funding recovered via FRM 27? It would be too late to remove the aim or to change the FM to 99 surely? Thanks

Remember that there is the ESFA Calculator...although using the formula correctly to arrive at the number of weeks to input manually is still necessary I guess. To be safe, rounding up is the key maybe?

Sooty Martin...I have misled you. I am talking about withdrawal dates not completion dates. :) Is it valid to have a withdrawal date of FS that is later than the withdrawal date of the ZProg, based on the evidence of learning activity that is available for both?

How about the other end? If we have a learner whose last day of learning towards FS is later than their last day of learning towards the KSB/Main Apprenticeship can we use that as their actual end, given it comes from AEB? Or must it be no later than the ZProg aim?
