Prior to R14 20/21 I made sure that all the flags were applied to employers where needed & the learners were 16-18 on the start date, but I have a few showing like this now - is there anything we can do about it as we may not receive the completion payments for these learners?

Hi all, Following on from this thread, an apprentice had a status of continuing, but actual end date entered as they had completed the practical period in 20/21 therefore showing as a leaver in the 20/21 QAR.  They have now achieved, so will this be counted in the 21/22 QAR? Thanks, Christine

Thanks Martin West, so just to clarify, the new employer won't be eligible even though the first employer hasn't applied for the incentive as 90 days hasn't passed?  I thought I had it right, but confused myself reading the rules.
