Thanks Steve, it was mainly the 2nd one i was querying as the actual end date is later than the planned end date so thought it would override the planned end date

Thank you both! it looks a bit odd as we have 2 records: 1st record start date 13/09/2021, planned end date 18/04/2025 actual end date 10/07/2024 Withdrawal 3/3 2nd record start date 02/10/2024, planned end date 11/07/205 actual end date 03/10/2024 Withdrawal 3/3 both appearing in 24/25 Hybrid end year

Hi Claire, tbh i'd be inclined to just leave them as active and untimely, as all the BIL does is pause the on programme funding. If they've reached the planned end date we would have received all the on programme funding, it will just be the completion payment to be released once they sit EPA.
