Hi Richard,  Yes, they are definitely closed in our ILR file and MI system. They are coming up in Learners in learning beyond their end date.  Regards Aayushi

Hi, Thanks for the reply, Neither of them have citizenship. I thought people on skilled worker visa & Dependent visa could not claim fund because it usually pops up after they apply visa.  Regards Aayushi
