Thanks Jessica, glad to know it isn't just me having this issue, although sorry to hear you are having it also. I got the same reply last week where they asked for the ULN as well.  Hopefully they can resolve this for us, as I have 4 learners I have found on the report in this situation now.

Hi Ruth, Thanks for coming back on this, would you say that for anyone who started prior to 25/26 we wouldn't need to do this, or is it best just to have it all as a coverall if any learners who complete fall into this category regardless of when they started? Thanks Lisa

Hi Sam, I have had a ticket in with the technical team since 26/03 about this and still not had a response, just the usual we will get back to you in 10 working days. I have checked our data this morning and we still have 50+ learners with this mismatch, I have gone back to the technical team on my last update from them and said I believe there is a fix, can they please let me know what it is, or what alternative they plan to make sure we are paid for these learners. Unless there is an update on here first, I will let you know when/if I hear anything back from them.

Thanks Steve, sorry I should have given a little bit more info on my query, these courses we are delivering are fundable through a devolved MCA contract, and they give us Z codes we can use relating to our programs like a Level 2 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals course or a Microsoft DP-900 Azure Fundamentals.

I have just checked our learners showing on the report as I had the same questions as everyone, as the info doesn't seem to be definitive. On our P5 learners, everyone that was coded in EPA (1&8 on the Zprog and other applicable aims 2&8) with the LDOL in the learning actual end date didn't show so it looks like these are being excluded, the only PPED we have showing are coded as 1 for still being on programme and no other end information in the ILR. I also put a ticket in about this last week with the helpdesk, and asked the people on the webinar for clarification but haven't heard anything back yet, if I here before anyone else on this I will update on here.

Hi Helen, I got that initially, and then about 30 mins later got a reply from a person saying they were looking into it.  Although from Sam has said it sounds like not many people are having the issue we are which is a shame.   I hope they fix it soon as I am sure you are all the same and just want to process the applications and also don't want to miss out on funding for something that isn't our fault!
