Just seen your response and wondered whether you could answer a question I have around the £500k cap for subcontracting for supporting providers. The funding rules changed on the 1 Aug 2021. The delivery/reporting year changed from April to March to funding year August to July. (P201 Delivery subcontractors who have successfully applied to the supporting application route of the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers must not receive more than £500,000, or £100,000 if the delivery subcontractor is identified as new, of apprenticeship funding for their delivery from 1 August to 31 July each year) My question is how would the ESFA expect the period April to July 2021 to be managed? Thanks Martin, Was thinking of this in the rules, but it's not relevant its (AEB) : P76 As an exception to P75.2, an individual may commence an apprenticeship and attract funding, where they have less than four weeks to completion of an existing DfE funded course. I've got an apprentice that has finished not yet achieved wanting to progress onto another apprenticeship, very keen which is good but let's finish one before we start another! Best Jo

Hi Kelly, yes I thought it was a little odd:- This statement applies to the period 28 September 2022 to 24 October 2023 It doesn't normally look like this think I just need to read the guidance because something has obviously changed. Thanks Jo
