Hi Martin  They are coded up as follows two examples but the 2nd part where it states Levy is now incorrect, i have tried adding in a non levy as per example below and the batch errors? Thankyou Martin, so the employer has been changed, but the ACT is still ACT1 Levy is this still correct, would the same also apply if they changed non levy to levy? All our apprentices are on the AS. MTIA

Thanks for your thoughts Steve & Ben. This apprentice has never been on BIL,  classed as a restart (brand new apprentice to us and the employer) on 1/11/21- PED 31/1/22, took back to 1/11/21 as a Leaver non achiever.  It does seem that once again the Training provider takes the hit both ways.

Hi Steve  Thanks for your reply, we are on PICS and it has moved over to PICS web, if i'm honest i'm struggling to find the 356 code on the new interface. I think what you are saying is that we as the employer provider do not have to pay the co-investment to our selves as long as they are coded up right, i just need to find out now where this field is showing on the new PICS, it is definitely on the ZPROG record... What system do you use, not impressed at all with the PICS  WEB...

Hi I have a similar problem but the other way round, on for L2 passed L1 legacy FS, started 19/20 completed May 21, cross over years so cannot fathom a way round. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi how do you change employers if the original employer was not on DAS as at the point of sign up it wasn't a requirement? Obviously the new employer will have a DAS account is it the same process? but just change the employer details from the point of the new employer? New TNP etc...

Thanks Steve that's what I thought but I am struggling to find the guidance for this to show the employer, I like Matt know i have seen it , i know the incentive has to be paid within 30 days of receipt but again don't know where from !!can you kindly point me in the right direction.
