Paul has the data been removed again, I've logged in and I cannot see my statistics. I get the below message but the filters do not give my Provider name as an option. [image]

Contact the ESFA, for a company who went into liquidation they gave us permission to record the payment as if we received it, and to put in the apprenticeship evidence file the communication between ourselves and the ESFA, and proof that the company went into liquidation.

The web version is quite nice and easy to use, I have just had a play with my details and it was nice and simple. Populating with the rest of the staff though will take the time :-)

Thank you, for some reason I don't know why I didn't click through to Manage Your Apprentices.

Just to add we use PICS, and you can code the ILR 1 and 8 on the ZPROG aim, we do. However on the QAR it treats them as a negative until the ILR is updated when the EPA is passed.

I’m not entirely sure what’s happening, but there does appear to be some confusion. From what I can see, several of the apprentices listed are ones I would expect to have a co-investment contribution, yet none is showing. They all started before 1st April 2024. Back to the ILR I go to make sure the changes have been put through correctly.

Hello, Just to add to the confusion—and possibly a sign that I’m struggling to keep up with the pace of change—I’ve come across the following scenario. I have two apprentices who started prior to 1 April 2024. At the start of their programmes there was no co‑investment waiver, as they were aged 18 and employed by a 50+ employer. They have since changed employer to a non‑levy employer and are now aged 20, and it appears that co‑investment is no longer required - they are not showing up on my co-investment report. This seems to be in line with the guidance below: 183.1. Employers who do not pay the levy, where at the start of the apprenticeship training the apprentice is aged between 16 and 21 years old (or 15 if the apprentice’s 16th birthday is between the last Friday of June and 31 August). Unfortunately, contracts have already been issued including co‑investment charges, which will now need to be amended. White flag being flown

Hi Gareth, We didn’t know who ours was for quite a while, but I eventually found out indirectly through our Loans Manager. If you work with student loans, could you check with your contract manager?

Hello, apologies for the tardiness of my response. A colleague and I had previously contacted the DfE and were given conflicting answers, so I was curious if anyone else had any luck. I've since received a follow up message from the DfE who have confirmed that I can seek approval to claim the completion payment via the EAS, as long as the below points apply, which they do. [image] Many thanks for your replies.
