We have a framework learner who has attempted ICT 3 times but failed. Can I record the outcome for ICT as 2 and 3. The ZPROG will be then 2 and achieved?

Hi We also have the GLA provision but I'm not sure how to record the ILR, we have various aims that they will deliver, one example would be ESOL ENTRY L1. The technical guide below says the funding model should be 35 or 10. I am not too sure about the 385 LDM code, do I still need to select this code? Please help. When we imported the ILR from out subcontractor as a whole batch these were included but we didn't realised. Not sure what do I need to do to get rid off the FRM_04 WARNING.

I have 2 learning aim with the same start date and PED, one was withdrawn, and then was added again with the same date as a live aim. Both aims were recorded in the last academic year 21/222 as above. I have now completed the live aim with an actual end date as the learner has achieved the aim. I am not sure why it's saying it should not be changed when I only put the actual end date to close the ILR.

Thanks Steve. But the funding rules 20/21 says "P16 Any apprenticeship which started before 1 August 2020 will continue to follow the rules in force at that time. These can be accessed on GOV.UK" Not sure about this

Hi Ben, Thank you for this. So Functional skills English and Maths are also not required for this qualification? The funding rules says "As part of our ambition for a world-class technical education system and in line with recommendations from independent experts, progression towards and attainment of, approved level 2 English and Maths qualifications is an important part of the apprenticeship programme. For those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship, it is a requirement that they hold or achieve an approved level 2 in both subjects before they can successfully complete the apprenticeship" Not sure here which one is correct?

HI Martin, If the learner has moved from Non Levy to Levy employer, am I right in thinking that: I need to end the ACT 2 with one day before the start date with the new employer Add ACT1 and then register the learner on DAS from the start date with the new employer (LEVY)? The training price should also be deducted based on how much was paid by the ESFA up to the point?
