In that case I would reduce down the funding on the new FS to take into account the amount you previously earned under the old Awarding Org.

We don't use their copy annotations feature do to reasons like this. I wrote an excel tool many years ago to copy DSAT annotations, and do other formatting we use on the reports. If anyone is desperate you can email me and I'll send it over (richard.phipps@loucoll.ac.uk)

Hi Rachel, Just to add that with these queries over MI systems I find it helpful to open up the ILR file in Notepad (it's just a very big text document). Do a Find from the Menu (Or Ctrl+F) for the Learner's 'RefNo' and see exactly what fields are going in the data for them. Thanks, Richard

Although it's titled that, when opened up there seems to be data for ASF: "ESFA Adult Skills Fund core (non-procured)"

Just to clarify.. you've looked in the XML ILR files and they have disappeared after the 23/24 R04? What software are you using?

Are you sure those learners don't have some other funded qualifications? That error should not trigger without one: Rule ID Rule Description R108 Where at least one learning aim has a FundModel = 25, 35, 70 or 81, and ALL learning aims are closed (LearnActEndDate is known) and the learning aim with the latest LearnActEndDate has a CompStatus <> 6 and the file preparation date >= (latest LearnActEndDate + 2 months). There must be a Learner Destination and Progression record. (error where there is no matching DPOutcome record (where Learner.LearnRefNumber = LearnerDestinationandProgression.LearnRefNumber) present where the DPOutcome.OutStartDate is => latest LearnActEndDate) (Not triggered for apprenticeships standards (LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25) or traineeships (LearningDelivery.ProgType= 24))

We already try to get an ILR banked at least 2 days before the deadline in case we or the SLD website have any issues.

"Then, if I use the new(ish) DfE Off The Job Calculator, I can see that our calculated hours are under the DfE calculation by 2 or 3. Is this difference a major issue or is it OK as long as we can provide the rationale for our calculation (and evidence that it meets the minimum requirement)?" This should be the minimum hours required already? Are you sure your internal calculation is meeting the minimum requirement?

Just to let you know this has started happening again for us. I have reported to ESFA: With the new updates to the SLD and the FIS (V2324.4) we have suddenly started getting an error for 2 learners that was previously only a warning: LearnDelFAMType_114 I can see on FE Communities that this rule was changed previously and caused a false error and was put back to a warning, I suspect this has gone back to an error incorrectly with the updates.
