@... Our integrated apprenticeships only even have 2 months (at most) between the end of the 'training' part and they date they sit EPA and so we just record the full achievement in one go.

Hi Gill, thank you for your reply. We have considered RPL, they have all entered in advanced entry and we have ensured the first learning period has fully completed. When we record them on two separate ILRs, we can the following errors: - There must not be more than one Learner record with the same Learner Reference Number - There is more than one record for this ULN. There mustn't be multiple records with the same ULN. Check each record has a different ULN. The achievement date for the first programme was 22/10/2025 and the start date of the latest programme was 03/11/2025. I have a ticket with the helpdesk and have also spoken with APTEM but they don't seem to be agreeing with how these should be recorded!

We have just had a mock audit and were advised that providing a redundancy letter is ideal, but if not a snippet from Companies House if company has gone into administration (if applicable) or email from employer informing of redundancy would suffice.
