Hi James, We have been in this situation a good few times now. If it gets to the point where we are months down the line and they have still not set the DAS up, we send another email with a final deadline and advise that if they do not set the account up by this date then we will have no choice but to remove their apprentice from the programme. We have never had to withdraw an apprentice so far, this usually does the trick and they set the DAS up. Hope this helps, Claire

It does yes, but the % or numbers haven't changed and we had a flurry of completions just prior to R14 so I was expecting to see the % increase

Hi, Sorry for jumping onto this one, we have an apprentice in this scenario also. I have recorded the degree component aim as completed and achieved and withdrawn the Programme aim. I am now getting the error 'The achievement date must be 7 days after the learning actual end date' - They haven't sat the EPA, so what date should this be? Thank you in advance. Claire

Steve Hewitt Yes, old records have 6&3, new records are restarts and all have the original start date. I will definitely keep you updated, if we ever get to the bottom of it!
