Hi Martin, Is this based purely on time left on programme? What if the learner was behind on their off job hours prior to the transfer, wouldnt this mean that the learner has not met the overall hours requirement for the programme? Thanks

Hi, Im in this exact situation, so when you say to replace the ILR, I can just delete the old aim and reaplace it with the new awarding body aim using the same start and end dates and it will not cause an error? Thanks

Hi All, I’m having a little issue with the calculation, it works when the programme is 52 weeks long, but when a programme is 60+ weeks long, the holiday entitlement will be more than the 5.6 weeks as it is spanning 2 years. this is leading to me getting a few errors on my PDSATS where my calculation is about 1.5 hours off, and I can only think it’s due to my calculation taking into account the second years accrued holiday for the additional 8 weeks and the official calculation not doing so. I read in the guidance that 5.6 weeks is a maximum, is this the case or will my calculation hold up under audit? Thanks

Hi, I have this same issue with 4 learners but i cant see where the error would be. The learners started in November 20 and nothing has changed, is there a way of seeing where the error is? Thanks
