Hello, Can someone help please? We recorded the TNP3 and TNP4 incorrectly with the start date 19/06/2023. Can we change the TNPs now?  If not, can we record the correct TNP3 and TNP4 with the date 26/10/23 (the date we are correcting the error)? Thank you.

I received an email from pdsat helpdesk asking me to re-upload the return. I've done that but the reports are still 0 record count.

Thanks for confirming that we are not alone. I have emailed the pdsat helpdesk about the 105 report. 210 and 211 are also blank for us.

Hi Martin, Thank you. Yes, we've read the guidance but both the previous and present employers stopped and started in the same month, July 2021. So we thought they did it correctly. On the ILR, we had TNP3 and 4 on the 19/07/2021. So we don't understand why we have the dlock_10. Apprentice stopped with the OLD EMPLOYER - 16/07/2021 On DAS STOPPED JULY 2021 Apprentice started with the NEW EMPLOYER -  19/07/2021 On DAS STARTED JULY 2021 Best regards, Su Su
