Hi Benjamin, Thank you for your reply.  The learner only actually withdrew last month but their last evidenced day of learning was when they completed their main aim which was July last year.  Would this make a difference?

Hi Gill, As I kept getting errors, I was changing the time of the file so it is essentially a different file.  I presumed with the errors on the Rule Violation Report that nothing had been accepted but it looks as if one or two of them have been accepted.  The problem now is finding out which ones Thanks Jean
