This is the response I received yesterday The Specialist Support team have been in touch today to let us know the following; Yes, we are updating collateral, but providers should note these documents are for guidance only, everything that they need to know in relation to off the job training is in the funding rules. In the new Of the Job (OTJ) guide, we are aligning the questions to what is in the 2023/24 funding rules (so there is a little bit of new information around revision for example). On the apprenticeship agreement we are streamlining the notes page so that it fits onto 1 page as opposed to 2. However, there is nothing wrong with the current one that is online, this can still be used. This also applies to the training plan; the online template can still be used.

We have the same rule violation where they have completed learning but have not yet completed EPA. We have recorded the Outcome as code 8 ‘Learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known’ and the completion status as 2 - Completed. We have recorded the ACT as the same date as the last day of learning. This is what it advises in the Provider Support Manual for 2021/22. Any ideas why we are getting this please?
