Thanks Martin. I see now! If the apprentice has done over 75% of the apprenticeship then they can stay on for an unlimited time (hence at least 12 weeks!). Sorry if i was being silly. Jenny

Hi Ruth, Thanks for your reply. The OTJ gained by the learner would be extra OTJ, in addition to what was planned by the provider. It would be used to go over the required minimum hours.
