Hi Steveh, That makes 2 of us. This goes alongside a previous post of mine with regards to needing a signer for a deaf learner.  We have the costs for this now off the signer which is a day rate, which will need to go through EAS. Our assessors are spending more time with this learner to ensure his understanding, so I suppose this is where ALS would come in? So in short, claim ALS for the support our assessors give to him and EAS for the signer. Is this wrong?

Good Morning All,  I completed the majority of the sheet a month ago. Our MD has just opened the file to fill in Salary information. Upon opening, the majority of information has exclamation marks at the side indicating an error.  This is apparently because we do not need to add in qualifications etc for assessors. If we take out the qualifications and leave them as assessors, would this be ok?    Thanks

We are the provider and do not allocate email addresses. We do not recruit apprentices, we go into existing companies and upskill their current workforce.  Not all of their workforce are assigned email addresses unless they are in an admin function.  I didn't know whether it would be possible to use someone in HR's email address for this purpose?

Thanks for this Martin, the learner does not have an email address at all. He's an older gentleman upskilling before retirement, and is in manufacturing on the shop floor so doesn't have one through work either. Is using their HR email address an option?  Thanks
