Hi Pauline, Did you hear back on this? I'm trying to submit ours, but I'm facing the same issue. We only issue one contract to each subcontractor and they are responsible for both (with us delivering an element too.) I have no idea how to spilt this. Do we just spilt the contract value in half? I've just sent a message to the DFE but it states the response time is 15 days. Thank you - Kelly.

Thank you Steve. These learners are enrolled on an Extended Diploma for two years and only enrol once. Our concern is if they are 19-24 with an EHCP we can't record them as such in year 2 as learners 25+ cant have EHCPs and therefore aren't they then ASF funded?

I understand how the funding bands work in terms of if a learner should be enrolled on the GCSE or FS. My question, was to ask if the new rule to deliver 100 hours of teaching if this applies to both GCSE and FS courses.

The important part is what contract the non devolved provider has rather than where delivery is taking place. If it’s only non devolved then yes the learner who lives in a devolved area would not be fundable.

I was very happy to find this post. During a recent audit, the auditor was looking for clear evidence of the GLH being met. Our MIS team have told me as long as the majority of learners enrolled meet the GLH it’s okay. If anyone does have a basic list of what can count towards GLH that would be great. I’m not sure about when learner works independently. I know if this was a study programme learner we could not count the hours if it’s not under the supervision of a tutor but I wasn’t sure if GLH works in the same way.
